When: Saturday, September 23, 2022…9am until 11am (or business is completed)…doors will open at 8:30am

Who: All adult Members of West Side Hawaii Little League’s General Membership list are cordially requested to attend. Non-members who would like to join the Membership are also welcomed. 

Why: As required by WSHLL’s governing constitution (Article V, Section 6), this Annual Meeting of the Members will be held for the purpose of (1) reviewing the condition of the league, (2) receiving the annual financial report, (3) reviewing the Membership, (4) reviewing the WSHLL Constitution, and, most importantly, (5) nominating & electing members to a new Board of Directors for the 2024 season.

As Members of WSHLL, we ask that you please consider how you might help serve the children of Kona and contribute to the leadership of WSHLL. All nominations (both self-nominations and others) can be sent to the Nomination Committee at [email protected] prior to the Annual Meeting. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the meeting. 

This Annual Meeting is not for the registration of players and we kindly ask only adults to attend. 

We encourage all adult Members to clear their schedule, come early, mix & mingle, and make the Annual Meeting an enjoyable time together.
